About this item
- 16MP UHD & COLOR NIGHT VISION: Featuring two 4K image sensors, this dual-lens camera brings 16 UHD clarity to you, ensuring no small detail goes unnoticed. The F1.6 super aperture and 1/2.7'' CMOS sensor enable greater light intake, while 8x infrared LED lights unveil all night details up to 100ft.
- 180° PANORAMIC VIEW & MOTION TRACK: The dual-image stitching algorithms, coupled with 4-core SoC, create 180° panoramic views with less distortion & fewer blind spots. Thanks to the Motion Track feature that displays the complete movement of the target over time in one picture, you can save the hassle of viewing the entire video to find suspicious moments.
- SMART DETECTION & TWO-WAY TALK: Smartly detect person/car/animal movements from other objects, reducing false alarms. Upon motion detection, you’ll receive Push/email instantly and can talk with people by the cam side via 2-way talk directly through Reolink App/Client.
- PoE TECH & IP67 WEATHERPROOF: Only one cable handles both data transmission and stable power supply. (Note: DC power adapter is not included.) An easy setup for all-level users. Reolink Duo 3 PoE endures all weather conditions and facilitates ceiling or wall mounting. Ideal for versatile settings.
- SMART USER EXPERIENCE & TIME LAPSE: Enhance your surveillance efficiency with multiple smart features: remote live viewing, custom motion zones, and smart playback (up to 16x speed). Plus, time-lapse condenses long-term events into minutes, facilitating easy observation of transformations.

great field of view, and actually pretty good at zooming in on license plates

- Reviewed in Canada on June 3, 2025Verified PurchaseGood view. Good quality (video and 2-way audio). Does what it is supposed to do with a user-friendly app for both, PC, Mac, Android and IOS. Note IOS and Android need to be newer (5years) because Reolink's updated app will not work for older versions.
APP is versatile with adjustable detection zones (alarms if objects move into the zone) and 24/7 recording of tis entire field of view. APP also allows one to filter recordings for viewing based on the detected object type (you can adjust the object sizes - vehicle, pet, person) and turn on motion sensor IR and spot lights.
I will continue to buy this brand of product.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 17, 2025Verified PurchaseThis camera gives good wide angle view. It is simple to setup. The image quality is super at day and night.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 12, 2025Verified PurchaseGood image and audio... Except....
#1 customer support! I had an issue with what I thought was the camera but turned out it is a problematic san disk card. Replaced it with a team group card to verify.
Very feature rich camera. Good white LED light (used in open yard).
I've been tinkering with IP cameras for many years now. The image from these is good. Low light is pretty darn good for the money. Rtsp stream clear / main is rough, glitchy and not as reliable as my other cameras. If you reduce the main / clear that also seems to reduce the quality of the local saved video.
Downloading of footage from the camera to a workstations is slower than I would like, taking several minutes. Can only download one file at a time and cannot queue multiple downloads.
- Reviewed in Canada on September 21, 2024Verified PurchaseHave been using CCTV cameras for 12+ years and this is the best one I've had for this price. Night captures are clear and people are identifiable and not just a 'while blob'. Love the 180 degree view, picture is sharp day or night.
- Reviewed in Canada on July 16, 2025Verified PurchaseThe Duo 3 reduces the vertical field of view compared to the Duo 2, resulting in less overall coverage. dropping from approximately 60° to 55°. While that may not seem like much, in real-world use it makes a big difference. Areas closer to the camera, like the ground near entryways or the base of a driveway, may now fall completely outside the frame. The image feels more compressed vertically, resulting in a long, narrow strip of video. Important areas close to the camera may no longer be visible, which limits its usefulness in many setups. While the resolution is higher and night vision shows minor improvement, the reduced viewing angle outweighs those benefits. This is a downgrade, not an upgrade. The Duo 2 remains the better choice for broader coverage.
- Reviewed in Canada on April 9, 2025Verified PurchaseI have 7 Reolink cameras now in various models. I started out with Wyze cams, but I replaced all of them with Reolink because I hate the subscription format for anything. I started with a Duo 2, added a Doorbell camera, 2 Trackmixes and a Fisheye. I still needed 2 more. The Duo 3 came out so I got that, but for my last one, I ended up getting another Duo 2. If I could go back, I would get rid of the Duo 3 and replace it with a Duo 2. The vertical field of view on the Duo 2 is far greater than the Duo 3. I know the Duo 3 is supposed to be much higher resolution, but I don't see much of a difference. Where there is a difference though is the price. I would probably pay more for the Duo 2 than the Duo 3, but luckily the Duo 2 is a lot cheaper than the 3, so big bonus.
- Reviewed in Canada on November 28, 2025Verified PurchaseGreat quality good angle view.

BenjaminReviewed in the United States on October 12, 20245.0 out of 5 stars Great for a back or front yard
Verified PurchaseA couple years ago, I purchased the Reolink DVR with 4 cameras, and had them mounted on the 4 corners of my home. 2 in the front yard facing each other so I can see the whole area, and 2 in the back yard facing each other. I've always wanted better side yard visibility since I've had a few instances now of people crossing through my sideyard and even contruction people working for a neighbor who were in my side yard. So, I bought this on sale (thank you 鶹 and Reolink) to cover the back yard, and repointed the ones on the corners to see the side yard. The media could not be loaded.
You can see in the screenshot above, I can now see all of my yard and have a great view of the backyard. The clarity is nice. I also like the floodlight feature on it as well as the 2 way communications available. The siren COULD be louder, but I won't be using that much (hopefully).
As I've mentioned in previous reveiws, I love that it's a POE camera since it won't need batteries and can't be jammed by a FlipperZero or other wireless jamming device. It can't be disabled without you first having been recorded. That being said, I would recommend pairing it with the DVR for that purpose. It can take up to 256GB of memory in an SD card, but that can be removed. If paired with a DVR indoors, they can take the camera or remove the card, but they're still recorded securely in your home! Also, if you're like me and have your network equipment on a battery backup, cutting power to your home won't kill this camera. It will run on the juice being supplied across the network! Sweet!
If you're not interested in that, can't get network cables to the location you plan to mount it, or just prefer wireless still, then go for the wifi version of this camera. I'm still impressed with the rest of the features enough to suggest it!
For the techies out there like me, it plays nicely with all the IOT services. Apple Homekit, Google Home, 鶹 Alexa, and (my favorite) HomeAssistant all play well with it! In Alexa and HomeAssistant (the two I've tested the most with it) even the options to send voice back to it, trigger the siren, and trigger the flood light are all available! I'm already testing automations in HomeAssistant now!
For the price, this is a great camera. My only complaint is a nit-picky one, and that is that in the DVR dashboard it comes across a bit small because it's panoramic. I hope they add layouts in the DVR to accomodate these later! Until then, I'm still satisfied. It's been worth every buck!

Verified PurchaseI purchased three of these REOLINK Duo 3 cameras. For my use case, they have proven to be perfect. They are clear and vibrant during the day and at night the image satisfies my expectations. I did have an issue with one of the cameras when the IR light failed - though it only reduced visibility marginally as IR from other cameras had overlap.
I am thoroughly impressed with Reolink's customer service and warranty procedure. The online customer service agent was thorough and genuinely wanted to help. Shout out to Frank (Australia) who was proactive in ensuring my claim was processed quickly. Reolink dispatched a replacement the same day I posted the faulty unit back to them. I found it to be a very positive returns experience. In total I have seven Reolink cameras with a need to add another four cameras. I won't hesitate to order from Reolink again. I hope others find my review helpful.
Samuel WReviewed in the United States on December 8, 20255.0 out of 5 stars Quality is 5 star - the mount I did not like
Verified PurchaseI ordered this to go with a Reolink 16 channel system and this camera integrated seamlessly and flawlessly into it. I really do like the look that this camera has when on the HDMI connection as it takes the place of two cameras automatically (not on a computer version though).
The mount was the worst part of this installation as it lets you install it on either side (top or bottom) but you have to flip the mount and that made the hole on the bottom exposed to the elements so that water and stuff could drain down into the house fascia board. I plan on drilling a hole in the arm so it drains out.
However, overall for the quality of the image and ease of integration this is just bang up of a camera. The lights are bright, night vision is great, and the speakers are really loud on this thing. Just a great 16MP camera.
